Join RVA End of Life Doulas Erin Bishop and Linda Winston for a facilitated exploration of personal mortality. This 3-part (plus!) workshop includes:
- Understanding the life review process, and conducting a personal life review
- Exploring our personal legacies
- Finalizing personal end-of-life decision-making
By the conclusion of the sessions, you will feel confident in your own wishes and how to talk about them, and a renewed vigor for the life before you. Memento mori means “remember you must die.” Join us to discover the many gifts that emerge when you do!
This group will meet once a month in October, November, and December at the Innerwork Center. The sessions will be a mix of presentation, facilitated group discussion, and personal exploration. “Homework” assignments will be provided, and between sessions, Erin and Linda will offer dates for participants to gather informally for processing, connection, and community building.
